Infrared grilling allows you to sear the flavorful juices in while enhancing the flavor of the meat and sealing in the succulent juices inside. The infrared burner's heat up to cooking temperature fast (less than 3 minutes) and cool down quickly (15 minutes) so cooking to cleanup is a snap. Drippings from the meat are instantly vaporized making keeping the grill clean much easier.

The slide out drip tray further enhances the ease of cleaning. The size of the grill makes it idea for use by RVer's, Tailgaters, Picnickers, Campers and Boaters. Uses one pound propane canisters and can be used with a 20 pound tank with the use of an adapter (not included). Infrared is to Barbequing as much as microwaves are to cook stove.

This grill is incredible! I've use it every time I go camping, tailgating, enjoying outdoor music festivals, boating, and even grilling at home. Well
distributed heat allows any type of meat or vegetable to cook evenly and quickly just like any other conventional gas grill. Flames do not flare up
and food doesn't taste like propane, like some other gas grills do. The bottom never gets hot so you can set on top of any table, cooler, or ground
without worry of melting plastic or burning wood. Easy to clean, lightweight, and extremely portable...what else could you ask for?!
