Return Policy

To return any item, you must call and get authorization and receive an MRA number prior to returning your item or your return shipment will not processed. The MRA number must appear on the outside of the shipping box in BOLD black letters. Return shipments must be SHIPPED PREPAID.

You may return any unused items for a refund, or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the receipt along with unused products and accessories in original packing. Please follow return directions below:

A. Enclose a note with reason for return and the MRA # written on the copy of the original receipt.

B. Box item securely and make sure the MRA # is visible on the outside and ship PREPAID to:

C. We will issue credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping charges will be charged for the new item(s) shipped.
